Re: Missed Compliance by One Day
I think the above response is a bit harsh....this is not for everyone for various reasons....I think the insurance companies either over pay or over charge for these machines and make it way more an ordeal than it should be. I bought my own so it can be used on my terms and what works for me....67 p...

New Resmed Mask Airfit
I was able to switch providers from Meridian in New Jersey to Apria and will have the Airfit nasal mask tonight to use. It has magnets on the sides as opposed to the Velcro and fits quite snug. No forehead plastic bridge piece either. Any one use this mask before.

Re: Almost illegal
So what is the difference here between a nasal strip to spread the nose open and this. Maybe a bit over priced but same concept I think.

Re: What is best way to sanitize a used Airsense 10
We all breath in ambient air in trains, plains, and automobiles. But....How much of the air around us is directly forced into our body like CPAP machine is designed to do.

Re: What is best way to sanitize a used Airsense 10
I have just bought an AIrsense 10 from Craigslist which was unused and had zero hours on the display. The previous owner who I met face to face said it was unused and it was good to meet the person, get a feel and lic plate of his vehicle if I needed it later on. I admit I was creeped out at first a...

Not too Hijack the thread however I have NJ Blue Cross and was told I needed 10 months of compliance for the insurance to continue to pay for the machine.

Re: Craigslist deals
I used the machine last night without a hitch. My AHI was 1.3 per hour.....feeling rested and better. Is it cheaper for the insurance companies to just give the machine, even gently used ones out...then go through the monitoring process. My insurance is Horizon Blue of N.J. and it costs about 32k pe...

Re: Craigslist deals
I have made a purchase of a Resmed 10 Auto...brand new in box...made it in person and have their lic plate if I need it. 400 dollars was a bargain. Still in box and wrappings. I thought about the buyer protection in Paypal but feared a hacking attempt once they got the paypal address and my home add...

Craigslist deals
My past experiences with Craigslist has not always been positive. There are a few deals on there for what they claim to be new Airsense 10 and or gently used machines under 500. These are on the various New Jersey Craigslist boards. Does anyone know of a past scam with these purchases. One guy appea...

Re: BMC Machines
I would agree...I might need the data, just not the fancy transmission of the cell or Bluetooth. It looks like Second Wind is selling these BMC machines which they confirm they are Resmart too. Second Wind recommends the Dream Station and Divilidus in addition to the Resmed line. Any thoughts on this.

Re: BMC Machines
The prices look better at Second Wind and I fell more comfortable doing business in country should there be any problems. These machines from China seem high end. As an owner I do not see the need for any cellular or blue tooth transmission feature since compliance is not checked. I do wonder if I n...

BMC Machines
Good Day,...New to the forum and would like to open with a kind hello to all. I have just turned in my Resmed 10 due to insurance issues and need to purchase a machine myself. Does anyone have experience with this company who seems to make Resmart branded machines in addition to theirs. https://bmcb...

Machines From BMC and China
Hello, this is my first post and I would like to say hi, introduce myself and thank you for operating this forum. My question is this. I have had the Resmed 10 and now must purchase my own due to insurance issues. I did love the quietness of the machine but could not see purchasing it for 800 plus d...
