I use the aircurve 10 vauto and it is great. The machine will sense when you are ready to exhale or inhale, its called their easy breath algorithm. I have the Vauto, the leak alarm is almost inaudible. I like the smart stop, just pop on the mask, get it adjusted and breathe, very easy.

I believe that XXYZX has already been censored from another forum for similar reasons that is causing distress on this forum. In my readings of the subject's posts, he failed his bipap machine and was attempting to get an ASV machine and not willing to go through the proper protocol to get a machine...

I too have an Aircurve 10 Vauto and it does not hardly make any noise. I would certainly take the machine back to your DME.
