I have a resmed air sense 10 auto set with an air fit F-20 full face mask. No I have not turned it down any lower. I do not take that medicine. I do breath through my mouth but usually only when my nose is stuffed up from allergies or something.

I live in a dry climate. I use a heated tube and the temp is set at 75 per my therapist that is hardly ever involved! Humidity is set to auto. What EXACT machine are you using Airsense 10 xxxxxxx? What is the 80-100 score? 5-13 is a relatively low pressure setting.
