Re: Oxygenconcentrator questions

Hi, I have a questions about using an POC. It’s probably a stupid question, Yes, it and your fears both, completely overblown. After staying away for 6 weeks or so, I dropped by to see if the replies to honest questions were still rude, patronizing and downright obnoxious here. They still are! The ...

Re: New product watch. LUMIN SANITIZER.

Apparently CPAP.com decides they needed to snail mail me to tell me about this great (not!) item! They are directing me to https://CPAP.com/Lumin A bargain at $219  I am disappointed. If the Goodmans are promoting they are knowledgeable CPAP users, why promote this garbage? :x Although they ...

Re: Is this SoClean 2.0?

Looks like a case of too much money to be made. https://www.cpap.com/productpage/3B-medical-lumin-uv-cpap-sanitizer.html Interesting that originally they had this for $219. BUT, it was 'Out of Stock," when it finally comes back, the price is also jacked up. Sorry, they may own this forum, but I don...

Re: Korean Spam Again!

People keep referring to it as Korean because the big spam attack we had last year was Korean. Or they are too lazy to find out the truth, or too lazy to read the posts that tell people the truth, about what is happening here. It's much easier to post your incorrect thoughts here than to find out t...

Can we just automatically censor any posting containing a Korean character?
Is your record player broken again, tape a quarter to the arm. Jim

Why are you unable to read posts on the forum.
Another rude, condescending type. I am starting to miss xxyzx.

Knitted Hose covers

Just wondering in case I missed something. Is metsfan302 still around? I ordered a set of hose covers back in December. Got receipt and all, but not received. Sent PM and an email to check, and no response. I am NOT accusing, but rather more concerned he/she may not be well, and unable to respond. A...

Re: New product watch. LUMIN SANITIZER.

Nobody is suggesting you, or some other newbie, is inventing things out of thin air, simply that THEIR experience has indicated that those 'frequently recommended' things are a waste of time. You're the one that's making it a big thumping deal. Hardly. act like a "forum newbie" invented the idea ou...

while they know full well that it is frequently recommended  . Lots of unnecessary things, and many stupid ones, are "frequently recommended". it's "frequently recommended" that you don't change your own pressures. it's "frequently recommended" that you don't bother looking at your data. it's...

Lumin CPAP cleaner

Risking a rabid attack similar to the Soclean threads, but since the forum sponsor is selling it, maybe safe. Has anyone tried the Lumin CPAP cleaner. Uses UV light rather than ozone. Just wondering.

Re: Poll: How Old Are CPAP Users?

Are you asking how old I am now or how old I was when I started CPAP? I've been using CPAP for eighteen years, so that would affect the answer. Also, you need to add a category for those under 10 years old (yes, there are some). I guess that they would need to be under parental supervision, but the...

Re: How has your experience been with the SoClean2 Sanitizing?

For those who argue that the germs are their germs, that's not true. Anytime that you have been ill, it's likely that you were infected by another's germs. Anytime you see mold on food in your home, those germs did not originate with you. You are arguing against the use of a machine with false logi...

no - i dont think it is bad for teh seals I think the person who bought it is sorry but it's already a fait accompli, so they asked me for advice. There are only two ways to get the answer to the question of whether the ozone damages the seals. . Empirical (which only people who have the machine fo...
