Re: What are acceptable sleepyhead ranges for Dreamstation auto cpap and Airfit n20?

Look on the events graph.....see the LL line at the top of the graph? That's large leak...do you see any flags up on the LL line? Or is the time over red line statistic on the SH report on the left causing concern? That statistic is based on a ResMed red line threshold and it doesn't work for Respi...

What are acceptable sleepyhead ranges for Dreamstation auto cpap and Airfit n20?

Re: How can I tell if my humidifier is working?

There's a preheat feature available on your machine you can check it. If it's using water it's working. Do you have the heated hose or the non heated hose? Using the heated hose will allow the machine to crank out more moisture than you can get with the non heated hose. I think that even with the n...

Re: How can I tell if my humidifier is working?

I recommend heated tubing along with tube and humidity settings each on 3. Has worked very well for me. So my humidifier is working. Turns out, my heater is running when I thought it should not. I have heat set to zero. How many heat settings are there for it? It's the plate under the tank that is ...

Dry throat and nose. What should i adjust?

Dreamstation auto cpap with airfitn20.
Humidifier was set to adaptive and number zero.
Heat set to zero.

If on adaptive humidity, does the humidity setting number make a difference?

I'm thinking of putting it on fixed and number 3. What you think?

Interesting. What would difference be? I left it at x1 and sleep data was similar to previous resp mask. I'll put at zero and see.

Re: why do I rip my mask off in sleep and cpap questions?

Wanted to say that I finally ordered padacheek mask liner and I love it. I've not taken my mask off since (4 nights now). Plus, I've been told it will lengthen the life of the mask. Such a great product and the owner is pleasant as well.
