Thanks for the suggestions Pugsy. I do wake up sometimes with severe dry mouth so the leaks could be coming from mouth breathing.

I am currently using the dreamwear mask and I am having issues getting a good mask seal. No matter how I adjust my mask I always have high air leaks according to the ResMed myAir App. I have also tried different size nasal pillows. Should I be concerned with air leaks if my AHI is low? My DME just told me that my insurance will not cover them because they consider my main unit "portable".

I've used the Dreamware Mask for a few months now. I have good nights and bad nights. I can't seem to find that "perfect fit" with the mask. The main issue that I have is air leakage. Overall it is much better than other masks that I have tried. I am going to try the "medium wide" pillow tonight.
