Re: Replacement v Return Payment for Philips recalled CPAPs
I registered my System one 560P June 2021 and have been playing the back and forth Game with Philips. Philips Keeps Changing what they want before they will send me a replacement. They did state the system one is past the 5 year life figure and that they could not give me a replacement System one as...

Re: Do you replace your CPAP mask every three months?
I pay for my Cpap supplies out of pocket and don't throw away what still works well for me. I had been using my P10 mask for about 3 years when the short tube sprung a leak and i had to replace it. I have about 2 years on my current P10. I replace the headgear straps and nasal pillows about once a y...

Re: Philips Attempting to Avoid Replacement of Recalled Older System One CPAPs
However, in light of the way this company has behaved, I don't want my next machine to be a Philips. They will be able to remain in business now due to the CPAP shortage, but I can't see that this business can be viable long term. Agree, I wouldn't buy another Philips machine. Foam issue aside I de...

Re: Philips Attempting to Avoid Replacement of Recalled Older System One CPAPs
Youtube has videos on how to open the system one up and remove the offending foam. It seems a pretty easy procedure. You need two different torx bits that are inexpensive if you don't already have them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQnJAF3bm98

Re: Philips Attempting to Avoid Replacement of Recalled Older System One CPAPs
Do the recalled CPAP's have to be returned if the replacement route is selected? Not really sure but I think Philips supplies return postage and expects you to place the recalled one in the box that the replacement arrived in and send it back to them. hopefully someone who has received a replacemen...

Re: Philips Attempting to Avoid Replacement of Recalled Older System One CPAPs
Considering you have to return the machine to Philips to get the meager $25 or $50 payment I will keep my machines for backups should they not replace them as originally promised. Are you sure of this? I haven't seen one way or the other. The Email from Philips that started this thread shows "OPTIO...

Re: Phillips / Philips Respironics recent recall notice discussion thread
My script is 6 years old and my Insurance rules require I get a new sleep study for insurance to cover a machine & supplies. I've never seen a health insurance policy that routinely requires a new sleep study. They may require a renewed prescription and proof of compliance. Think about it. Sleep ap...

Re: Cpap.com sale Airsense 10 Auto $599 today
[/quote] Using the coupon code BOGO2022 I got a AirSense 10 Autoset AND a mask (I chose a P30i) for $599 from CPAP.com! To me the mask makes it a pretty incredible deal! The last cpap I bought was a System One Series 60 back in 2016 for $419 from cpap.com. If you consider $100 for a mask that is onl...
