Re: Did I kill my machine?

That towel looks like a bad idea to me. I have the same ResMed machine you have and it has rubber stoppers on the bottom of it that keep it from sliding. You are defeating that by using a towel. I've been using mine for 2.5 years and it has not done any damage to my nightstand. (If I do happen to sp...

Re: Stolen CPAP abroad - options?

If you charged your rental car to a major credit card you can file a claim for all the stolen goods, including the CPAP machine and may be made whole. This is terrible and I am so sorry this happened to you. I guess you have to go to the American Embassy in Rome to get new passports. Chin up!

Thank you, Froggie, I will try those out tonight. I didn't know what those clips were for.

How to make headgear smaller on ResMed Airfit P10

I really like the minimal aspect of the ResMed Airfit P10 pillow mask but I think the headgear is too big. How do you adjust it to make it smaller? Or is there a workaround that anyone has had success with? Thank you very much!

How long should deep sleep be

Hello everyone. I have a Fitbit wearable on my wrist and it tracks sleep too. I know SleepyHead is the gold standard for how we sleep but I notice from my Fitbit reports I only get a little over an hour each night of "deep sleep". I spend most of the night in "light sleep" and about an hour in "REM"...

Re: THE GREAT PILLOW EXCHANGE

I would love to buy your medium P10 pillows, if you would be so kind. I do not have any large ones but got the fit kit for the P10 pillows. Let me know. Thank you.

Re: received CPAP pillow from PUR~SLEEP... what now?

I could fill two more pillows with what I took out of mine when I got it. I also sleep on my sides mostly but wish I could sleep on my stomach.

Check out the Swift FX Nano.
Why do you suggest that particular mask? The ones I have on hand now are the ResMed N20 and the Brevida Nasal Pillow. Both are just OK with the ResMed N20 being a little better. I am not getting good leak rates on it though.

. . . But no pain?
Cartilage is funny.
As long at it doesn't hurt, probably no problem.
If it bugs you, get to an ENT for a looksee.

Zero pain, thank goodness, but my center cartilage is loose now. Hope my nose doesn't disintegrate! Just kidding!

Re: Here's a new one...

Have you considered the Tap Pap? It fits securely with no straps. The down side is that the nosepiece is stabilized by a mouthpiece fitted to the upper teeth. Some dental issues could make this not an option. No, I have looked at the Tap Pap but I don't think that would work for me. I don't like th...

Re: Here's a new one...

Just ordered the Eson 2 mask because this mask gave me the very best seal when I tried it with my DME but I really don't enjoy the straps going over my forehead. I figure I will use it occasionally when I have had many nights of less than optimum mask seal. (I don't do very well with the ResMed N20....

Hi fellow Cpap peeps. I had something happen that I am sure you will think is strange. I read this forum pretty carefully and I have not seen it before. Forgive me if it is a known issue and I just missed it. I was determined to change to a nasal pillows mask after seeing on here that it was the mas...

I use the Dreamwear nasal cushion. The pillows did not fit me well and caused irritation.
It is so very individual. I tried that one and did not do well with it.
