I only sleep 4 hrs/night as it is but when pressure goes to 18-20, usually after two hours, I always wake up to find mask on the floor. Don't even wake up, do it in my sleep. My AHI continues to be low, occasionally coming in at 0.00 and averaging under 2.0 so not worried about lowering max pressure...

How any nights are you basing this increased AHI on? I would wait a week or so before drawing any conclusions.
