Re: Ot- 2020 memes
Not to be debbie downer chunky, but I don't think 2021 is going to magically be any better. Pretty sure we are ALL in for a rought few years ! not magically better, but with some competence at the helm , i think things will improve. but baby steps towards better i'll take any day *So will I :!:

Re: Hitting Wife While Sleeping
Well, one obvious suggestion is that you sleep in a different room until this gets resolved. Good luck in sorting this out.

I think you and Mrs. Z would make great neighbors. Any extra land next to your house?
My H was looking over my shoulder reading this... and he said, "We aren't moving anywhere!" So, I guess that's that.
Happy new house and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

Re: Internal Head Shakes
Has anyone else experienced internal head shakes or vibrations in the early morning (4:00 am) upon waking up? Does this have anything to do with high CO2 levels and sleep apnea? I’m currently not using a CPAP. If you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea and you aren't using your CPAP machine, that ...

Re: Off CPAP for life! LCHF now
I lost 30 pounds and also went from severe to mild, and I did another sleep test to confirm. I was very happy to know my apnea was considered mild, but I still had apnea and still use my machine. nice work on the weight loss! i could stand losing a few pounds, but would need to have some kind of ma...

Re: Off CPAP for life! LCHF now
I did do another study and went from severe to mild about 6 months ago... okay. i wanted to make sure of that. we've had lots of folks over my few years here come in and tell us they were "cured". but i only remember one user who actually did another sleep test to confirm. I lost 30 pounds and also...

Re: Sleep Pod
Looks so uncomfortable to me. I don't think I could sleep wrapped in that thing. I don't like those weighted blankets either, though so many people do. To each his, her, their own.

Re: OT.....Is there an off-topic board where I can continue a locked discussion?
. DS... was sorry to read you were one of the unlucky ones to get Covid-19. Also sorry that your brain got fried during your recovery. Not to worry too much though, every day the doctors and scientists are learning more and more about this terrible virus. Hopefully, one day they will be able to get ...

Re: OT.....Is there an off-topic board where I can continue a locked discussion?
I also am not sure it's terrible if some want to talk about OT things in an OT thread. After all, I don't remember anyone saying that the forum police have the last say in exchange of such things here, and it is a free society (supposedly). More recently, OT threads have gone from bad to worse. Not...

It sure sounds like you've been through hell and back and I'm glad to know you are doing well.
However, after the link you posted the other night, I doubt I'd ever click on a link you posted.
Have a nice night.
