Re: Climate Line hose wrong one sent

I see that CPAP.COM has the correct hose. The simpllist thing would be to just order one our of pocket from CPAP. I could wait a few months until I'm eligible for another new hose from the insurance and try again, which I may do. I can still use the old hose without any problem. But they keep offeri...

Re: Climate Line hose wrong one sent

I needed a new hose because this one has holes from our cat biting it because she ( apparently ) thought it was a snake. Got the holes taped up and it works. I bought my S9 just about the first day it came out --- years ago and it has done yeoman service. I really love this old machine. Not to menti...

Re: Climate Line hose wrong one sent

The manual says " ClimateLineAir Oxy ". The old hose had the oxy come in the side but this one has a different configuration wwith a large white plug with an oxy port on the end. I asked myu insurance to send me a hose a couple months ago and they sent me a regular hose. This time I got so...

Climate Line hose wrong one sent

My insurance sent my a Climateline hose with oxygen adapter but they sent the one for the new Airsense 10 machine.

The hookup looks entirely different. Is it possible to use this with my S9 APAP?

Re: REM sleep and Sleepyhead

How do the graphs change when in REM? What indicators do you see? The only thing I've noticed is that I breathe fast and shallow when asleep and slower and deeper when awake. There is a tremendous difference. But while asleep I don't see much change in the graph. Reckon I might need to make it bigger.

I didn't know Photobucket was problematic. Been using it for years ... will look into imgur.

Thanks to all who responded.

Re: Is it normal to breathe quick and shallow when sleeping?

I'll try to post a pic of today's Sleepyhead. Haven't posted here in a long time. m I notice that when I'm asleep my breathing rate goes way up Willie, No one can give you a good answer, because you have only spoken of relative breathing rates. What is the actual rate while asleep (breaths per minut...

Is it normal to breathe quick and shallow when sleeping?

My Sleepyhead on Pulse Ox data clearly show me when I am awake or asleep and even the in-between stages. I notice that when I'm asleep my breathing rate goes way up but the volume of air is very low almost like I was panting but not that bad. When awake my breating rate slows way down and the volume...

Re: Two oxygen readings in same day?

I had never noticed ( or thought about ) profiles.

I will check that out because that would be a solution.

Just need a different profile for daytime readings.

Thank you very much.

Re: Two oxygen readings in same day?

I don't expect to correlate the reading ... I know they should be / likely are quite different --- but it can show if I need oxy during the day. My sleep doctor sent me home with a medical grade O2 tester this morning which I will wear tonight. It's as big as a laptop case with the standard finger c...

Two oxygen readings in same day?

Is it possible to have Sleepyhead display two oxygen readings for one day? Can I wear my pulse oximeter during the day and get reading and during the night to get another set of reading? I tried once but it messed everything up in Sleepyhead. But, as I recall, I had entered the data from the night b...

Re: Problem with Sleepyhead

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE This morning I just imported the O2 file from SPO2 instead of importing directly from the device ( CMS 50-F) AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY!!!! Importing from the device gives messed up graphing, as I've been posting, but importing from the SPO2 file imports just fine. Looks like I hav...

Re: Problem with Sleepyhead

No I use the import directly from device option. I hookup my CMS 50-F to a USB port and read info directly from the device. Willie, I guess you have a bug and PR must think so as well, judging by his comments above. I have not experienced it with SH ver 0.9.8-1. Apparently it has popped up with the ...

Re: Problem with Sleepyhead

Correct I push the buttons on both the PO and the APAP machine at the same time to start them and to stop them. Before I corrected the time on the APAP the start times did not match up but since then they do but the end times don't match up --- but the end times in the program SPO2 < DO > match up. ...
