Huge hugs!!! I have Arthritis.... So since I got on cpap!!! I sleep better!!! Which makes me sore in the mornings...I do yoga for arthritis... ( utube)..also the tiredness was from low vitamin D levels... Take 50thousand units of prescription vit. D....it took that tiredness away...I'm lactose intol...

Oh saw some one suggest lanolin!!!!
Make sure your not allergic to it!!!
I am...causes a huge reaction!!!
Try on arm or hand or some where first!!!
Just don't want anyone to have my kind of reaction to it!
I can't use a lot of products because of Lanolin!!!

Ok!! I wear a resmed Quattro Fx mask. I have acid reflux...I have acid in my mask when I wake up! I clean my mask and face every night before I go to bed... I have never felt better in my life... Problem I have been having face breakouts where the mask sits...and pealing of skin on each side of nose...
