People complain because its more interesting then saying I got my CPAP and it worked ... and besides its human nature From my personal point veiw I admitt I find some of the complaints annoying at times. I would love to have the 10-15 apneas per hour some are diagnosed with instead of the 30+ centra...

My sleep doc also recently added Ritalin for times when I need an extra short term from sleepiness- provigil is long acting and cannot be taken later in the day if I hav...

Some take to this kind of therapy like a duck to water. Perhaps they're just lucky enough to have been given a machine/mask that really suited them well right from the git-go. Or maybe whatever damage they had from untreated sleep apnea was easily overcome once they got on cpap. ...Others struggle ...

I've used several of the nasal pillow/prong style mask including the Comfortlite (nasal pillows- 6 months), Breeze (pillows- 3 months), Swift (2 months and counting), and Tiara Snapp (on a whim...not very common but could have potential- great as backup for travel as its small, lightweight & squasha...

sorry...last post was mine
thought I was logged in...had checked & answered PM's too but I must have gotten distracted doing other stuff to long <sigh> Most old timers probably recognized my post...its kind of hard to hide when you have a 1 in a million diagnosis of treatment resistant CSA. I'll try to watch to make sure I'm ...

I have used Breeze (4 months), Comfortlite (6 months), Snapp (1 month- its a nasal prong from Tiarra Medical), and most recently Swift (2 months and counting). Comfort wise for me personally the Swift and Comfortlite win out. The Breeze was okay when it was the only option other then Nasailare when ...

From your description of what you are looking for in a mask I would recomend the ResMed Swift. It is one that has pillows/prongs that go very slightly into your nose and has very little headgear. I've been using it for a couple of months and I love it. I have used Breeze nasal pillows and Respironic...
