I have been using AHP for about 1/5 years. The local office in Columbus did a great job fitting my mask, training etc. America Home support via telephone has been great, too great, as they call me every couple of months to see if I need supplies etc.

CPAP did not fix my AFIB, not sure if it fixes anything, but, I am not willing to take the risk based on my situation. I had a cardiac ablation, that corrected my AFIB and I am afraid to discontue CPAP just in case.

I switched from an FFM (Mirage Quattro) to a nasal pillow (Air Fit P10) and found no difference between the occurance of dry mouth. I tried chin straps to no avail.
