It seems there is some attempt at humor here that I don't understand. The GP has an obligation to be truthful with the patient.

They've been a good supplier to me for quite a few years. Once, I made a big mistake on an order. They jumped through hoops to correct it at their own expense.

I don't buy the idea that we are talking about a natural monopoly. Here, I have the choice of cable, DSL and 4G wireless cell phone internet. We're playing one against the other and getting some decent contracts.
