OkyDoky might be on something here, I think this kind of hybrid mask might worth a try. Although, I never used one, if I was having your king of problem I would certainly give those mask a shot. Does your new doc offer to try masks before buying?

Actually you had 2-3 nights with lower AHI in the past but this one look the best with very little flow limitation, RERAs and basically no Vibratory Snore....

It might also be that you didn't have any event during that night, are all your nights showed an empty Event Flags graphs? It happened to me a few time when I got an AHI of zero. At least, there should surely be something in that graph for the night you where referencing in your first post.
