I never remember having dreams before I started on my cpap. Now it is a every night thing. I have started on medication to help with the dreams

Been using my CPAP for 18 months--have never cleaned the hose. I clean the mask as needed(to remove skin oil). I Don't have a humidifier.

I slept better the first night but really started feeling better after 2-3 weeks. My wife had relief the first night from my snoring, Now she also is getting a good nights sleep.
