thanks for your comments. I plan to follow up with my Dr but appointment is still a month away. I tried the NP again last night but 15 minutes into full pressure it woke me up and I had to switch back to FFM. I reviewed the NP data on SleepyHead and it was all over the place.

There is more air coming out of the FFM port ALL the time and less out of the NP all the time with almost no air out the NP port when inhaling. I'm trying to understand the physics of CPAP so no explanation would be too technical for me... . what you're describing that you believe is not valid scie...

To me it feels like a LOT more pressure with the NP in both my nose and sinuses. No leaks with either the FFM or the NP.
