Re: Poll: Should OT posts be banned from cpaptalk.com?

Because that is the way they set it up. It is their net; if you don't like it take your ball and dribble it home. The results of any poll relate only to the number who voted, NOT everyone who has an opinion. Happy chickens don't squawk. Or vote. Just because it was set up that way doesn't mean it a...

Re: Stopped up nose

I use a full face mask but so far I have found that the pressure has helped keep my nose clear and make breathing through it easier then when I am not wearing a mask.

Re: Amara View Full Face - Help, I want to Like this mask!!

The Amara View is my favorite mask and it is not easy to get it right, but for me everything I have tried has required fiddling with. Some things I have found: 1. this mask is very sensitive to needing a clean face and mask 2. getting the nose in just the right place takes me several tries most of ...

Re: water for machine use

It is best to use distilled water and you can generally get it pretty cheap at the store. The reason you want to use distilled water is to keep the minerals that are in water from getting deposited in your water tank and in other parts of your machine. Distilled water doesn't have the minerals in it...

Re: Amara View Mask Questions

Are you seeing real excess leak at those pressures around 14 or are you seeing normal increase in the total leak line due to the higher pressure? What software are you using? If it is Sleepyhead you see 2 leak line graphs and the top leak line is the total leak which is any excess leak plus the nor...
