I think it's important to have a ffm that works for you in the arsenal just in case something happens that you can't use your preferred mask.

.21 is really good for an AHI, so I would probably stay at the set pressure for a bit. You can turn EPR on and see if you like it. I have mine set to EPR 2 with my pressure at a constant 11cm. YMMV.

My asthma has greatly improved since starting cpap. Also, I find I am better able to control my breathing since starting. Plus only nose breathing in the cold has been a great benefit. I would definitely fire your DME.

I use the padacheek strap covers and they are so comfortable. I even use the forehead one.
