In the Netherlands an AHI below 5 is also considered ok (no OSAS). Gradations of OSAS are 5-15, 15-30 and 30+.

The leakage seems too high so this should be investigated. Also the pressure is hitting the max at 12 while flow limitations are still present at that time. Increasing the max. pressure to 13 perhaps 14 could be helpfull against these FL's. I'm not an expert so please contact your specialist.
