Re: New to CPAP, afraid I will go deaf

I would guess the ear pressure is allergies or sinus issues. I used to get it until I started using flonose to control my allergies.

Re: AirCurve Vauto setup as CPAP

Welcome to the forum. Go here and request the clinical/provider manual for your new machine. It will explain the options and how to get to the setup menu where you can change things. https://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-pressure/change-cpap-pressure-settings-adjusting-your-machine-with-a-clinicia...

Re: [Self Diagnosis] Interpreting SH Data

I hope this helps. The f20 mask will leak a lot if it's too tight on the top straps. If you allow the cushion to inflate more it will seal better. With the mask strapped on and the machine running try pulling the mask away from your face a bit. Just to the point air leaks out. Then set it back down ...

Re: Climate Line Air with Airsense 10

I have my temp at at 86 degrees and humidifier at at 6. I can barely get over 8 hours and the humidifier will be empty. I have no rainout issues.

I'm not completely sure but I'm auto love it will set a relative humidity of 80% no matter what temp is set at.

Aircurve 10 strange feeling

I've had I fee nights note that I woke up to a lot of turbulence in the air when I inhale. I looked on sleepyhead and out shows an extremely large leak followed by 10-20 minutes of extremely heavy snoring. The strange part is I know I'm not snoring because I'm awake during some of it. I took the wat...

Re: BiPAP vs. CPAP swap?

Don't feel too bad I started on cpap and didn't work but the dr didn't figure out until a year later that I needed a bipap. Paid about a grand for a cpap then had to buy a bipap.

Re: Aerophagia problems

Some more results. I've had my vauto set at 15.4 epap p.s. 6 and ipap max at 25 for a week. I've had no pain no severe bloating. I can now let my machine go above 21.8 with no bloating and pain. My AHI has gone from an avg of 2 to 1.1 over the last week. Tilting my head back has made a huge differen...
