If you are using breath rite strips, it could be the glue building up or your skin being sensitive
Otherwise trim your nose hairs and see if that helps

After sharing my issues with my boss and showing him pages of research and sleep tests he replies "you know what I do when I am having problems sleeping, I take a teaspoon of Nyquil" As if he were sharing a secret that would solve all of my issues

There is a member that went to him for URAS but I do not think he has gotten any relief.... he had his wallet relieved of quite a load of heavy cash. yeah... some people suffer so much they'll try just about anything to get some rest. I guess BIPAP for URAS's is not approved by insurances.....
