Re: AIRFIT P10 mask straps HURT!
Thanks Pugsy. I love the velcro idea but I'm concerned I will still feel the bump. I haven't had any surgery but my scalp seems to be super sensitive for some reason. I read one post suggesting velco to keep straps in place if they slide on your hair. This might solve another problem I have. I could ...

AIRFIT P10 mask straps HURT!
I love my AIRFIT P10 nasal pillow mask. I've tried several. This one is quiet and most important doesn't leak. I sleep like a baby. The problem is the straps HURT my head. I'm wearing the larger blue mask even though i'm a woman. My head must simply be too big but there's no larger size offered by R...

Thanks for the link! I was able to start the download but then I got the following message: "You have selected an existing, non-empty folder for installation. Not that it will be completely wiped on installation of this this application. It is not advisable to install into this folder as installatio...

How do I download Sleepyhead Software?
I used Sleepyhead previously with great success but I have since changed computers and couldn't/didn't transfer the program. I can open it but all I have is old data. Now I can't remember how I got Sleepyhead in the first place. I've scrolled though some of the posts but haven't found specifically h...

Re: REM Headache and CPAP treatment
Thanks for telling me how to post SleepyHead charts. I'll try it! But for now I want to give you a quick answer on the neurologist - I've been seeing one for 3 yrs. The headaches have gotten a lot better on meds but I continue to look for that needle in the haystack that will lead to just the right ...

Re: REM Headache and CPAP treatment
I wish I could print my Sleepyhead charts and show you - but I never figured out how to do it. If you could see the Respiration chart you would see that once a night (rarely twice) I have a period of much higher repiration. I usually wake up right at the end of this period and have a headache. I als...

Re: REM Headache and CPAP treatment
Thanks for the reply. I already considered oxygen might be the problem and had my sleep dr order an all night test - twice because the results were inconclusive. I tested it again myself by buying a recording pulsoximeter and this showed my O2 levels all night were fine. I still wasn't convinced so ...

REM Headache and CPAP treatment
I had a sleep study a couple yrs ago to find out if sleep apnea was causing my night time and early morning headaches. I was found to have mild to moderate sleep apnea and everyone thought cpap treatment would "cure" the headaches. No such luck! I'm still having headaches but the Sleepyhead software...

Re: How do I upload oximeter data to Sleepyhead??
i gave up trying to import oximeter data to SH. I followed someone's link to a post suggesting how to import the data directly to SH and my computer crashed. Now I just have the 2 screens open on my desktop to compare. The times are usually within a couple minutes of each other if I start both at th...

Re: How do I post a Sleepyhead screen shot?
Ok...I'm taking it one step at a time and stuck already. I don't have Photoshop on my laptop but I noticed Sleepyhead has an option to "take screenshot" under the View tab. I did this and have no idea where the screenshot went! I hate being to computer illiterate but can someone help me?

How do I upload oximeter data to Sleepyhead??
I recently purchased a CMS-50F Pulse Oximeter. It was a little hard to set up because the manual is translated from Chinese (!) but I finally figured it out. Only used it one night to make sure I knew how. Now I'd like to find out how to link it to Sleepyhead before I go any further.

How do I post a Sleepyhead screen shot?
I asked this question a few months ago and the replies were very complicated. Is there an easy way to copy a graph or graphs from Sleephead software when I post a question about my treatment?

Re: Sleephead question about "little boxes"
Thanks! I think they are "Pressure Pulses"! That makes sense because they occur in between other events, but what does it mean when I have them? That I'm "almost" having a OA or HA or other event? Is it something to be concerned about if I have a lot? I'd still like to post a "screen shot" to double...

Re: Sleephead question about "little boxes"
I just went back to look at Jeff's chart. The boxes I am referring to are little red boxes on his chart. I think you can all see them. I'm not sure what the different color means!
