I went to Bed Bath & Beyond yesterday and bought a foam wedge pillow. It seems to have helped with the stomach bloating having my head elevated a bit higher than the rest of my body. I slept 7.1 hours. I guess only time will tell. Anybody out there using them for stomach gas and bloating?

Gastrointestinal issues can also cause problems like gas and bloat. IBS for one. So introducing good bacteria to fight the bad is really a good idea. I took something like this a couple of years ago when I got bound up and it really helped.

I went back to the nasal mask last night from the pillows and my AHI reading this morning was .03 but I am still gassy and bloaty. I also have been hit with seasonal allergies because I feel congested in the head. I'll call the sleep doctor today and get his opinion and I'll post back. Thanks again!
