So im a new site user, about to take my sleep test tomorrow to see if i have OSA. Basically had sleep issues for about 10+ years. I explain my past in my 1st post. So I've watched the video on what to expect from my first sleep study, and it was pretty generic.

But i am wondering if there is anything i should be prepared for, or if i should bring something in particular to the study?
