Re: Help with my Airfit F20 mask leaks

Please check your prescription for the pressure setting, or range of pressure if APAP, and set it to that. If the Dr just has 4-20 prescibed, that's the entire pressure range of the machine. It needs to be narrowed down to what you specifically need. Try talking to your Dr about the pressure you nee...

Re: A new mask by Philips Amara View and Dreamwear combo

My DME told me today when I picked up my new machine that she will have a Dreamwear FFM for me on Thursday. They knew that I was one of the trial evaluators and wanted one when they got them in.

Re: A new mask by Philips Amara View and Dreamwear combo

My DME provider (MedLogic) says they have it as they are a Test Company doing a limited launch and it will probably be released in a couple of months. It is called the Dreamwear FFM. They are advertising it on facebook as a "game changer".

Re: A new mask by Philips Amara View and Dreamwear combo

In response to JimW and Recipiefordisaster, I had to send the mask back after the trial period so they could check wear and tear from daily use. I was compensated for trialing the mask, so did not receive one, and since it was a testing model, changes may have been made for the production model base...

Re: A new mask by Philips Amara View and Dreamwear combo

I was actually one of the testers for this mask from Philips. Had it for about 60 days. I loved it! Very comfortable with minimal to no leakage. I will DEFINITELY use it when it becomes available.

Sleepyhead and windows 10 problem

I've encountered a problem with sleepyhead and win 10. When using sleephead for the first time after upgrading to win10, I imported about 1 week's worth of new data. However, all I can look at is summary data for that week; I can't see detailed data. I can still recall and view detailed data from pr...

Re: ResMed AirSense 10 vs. S9 autoset: Update please

I've used the S9 for a couple of years but now have the Autoset. The air filter is the same in both so if you change over to the newer machine you can save a couple of bucks that way. One "drawback" to the A10 I've found.....the water tank... If you experience a whistling sound, it's most likely the...

Re: Airsense weirdness

I had a similar experience with data loss with my s9. Is you auto on/off turned on? It may be that a large leak is causing your s10 to turn off, then turn back on when your mask gets a good seal again. Your machine getting turned over may be another indicator of you moving around alot in your sleep,...

Re: OSA and Heart rhythm problems

I found out I have SA because of my cardiologist. I was undergoing tests (EKG, Stress test, 30 day heart monitor and couple of others) to determine if I was having heart trouble. Ended up with having (I forget the proper terms) occasional "heart flutters" and take Toprol xl once a day. Anyway, while...

Re: Wisp??

I have been using the Wisp since March or April. It's my primary mask. I have both the silicone and fabric frames. The silicone is slightly heavier, but for me it stays in place better than the fabric. I have a moustache but find that leaks are controllable and I can keep them below 24. I only have ...

Re: Can a data port on PR S1 560 go out?

I had a similar problem when I changed machines, the software (Sleepyhead and ResScan) said there was no data when I tried to import it. Turns out that my software was setup to look for the "F" drive for the SD card and when I changed machines it somehow changed to a "G" drive. Therefore, my softwar...

Re: Resmed S9 latest firmware 905

I just received my S9 Autoset last Tuesday. It has the 907 firmware....and it DOES work with Sleepyhead. I've compared the data reported in both Sleepyhead and Rescan software and they are practically identical. BTW..I'm using the PR 60 series update with Sleepyhead as I was using a PR DS460 prior t...
