I use a Quatro mask and I found that firm pillows with rubber filling like tempurpedic material is the best. Your face doesn't sink into it. I clench my jaw so tightly my face hurts some morning. Dentist suggested a bite guard. Don't know if I can put any more equipment on my face or in my mouth and expect to sleep!
