Hi all,
Why do I still have problems breathing during my sleep even though I have lost weight? Might it be the shape of my jawline?
I really have to stop smoking. I am sure quitting smoking would help alleviate some of the night time, early morning breathing issues.

I fear my nose is getting wider by using Nose Pillow
Hi all, I know this sounds kind of funny. But I fear my nose and nostrils might be getting larger after using the cpap nose pillow for a number of years. I hope this is just my imagination. I already have a large nose and I realize noses get larger with age. Does anyone know if this actually happens...

Hello everyone. Actually, I do use my machine almost every night. Just last night I didn't use it.

Scared.
I'm a bit concerned. I smoke. I have to stop. I just can't seem to want to yet. I relapsed about a year or two ago. The cold weather makes me cough and choke. But what really scares me is, when I DON'T use my Cpap machine I dream I am choking. That's because my throat feels like it's closing up. I k...

Work is being affected!!
I know people here will understand what I am going through! Sleep Apnea is effecting my job in a bad way! 1. I am using my cpap machine. I'm going to sleep around 9:30 because my body wants to. However, I am waking up around 3am every morning! How do I deal with that? I get back to sleep eventually,...

Nasal Spray and Pain
Does some cheaper over the counter nasal spray work just as good as the doctor prescribed azelastine nasal spray? It's rather costly. Also, I am using the CPap machine overnight. However, I am waking up with aches in my upper back. I am not sure if this is due to the way I am sleeping, or if the Cpa...

Re: I get up too early!
Do you feel rested after 6 hours? If not, can you go back to sleep with CPAP? The machine doesn't set my sleep hours. I get up when I feel sufficiently rested. I might have had trouble sleeping the full amount of time I needed when I started therapy, but I soon adjusted to getting as much sleep as ...

I get up too early!
The Cpap machine is working wonderfully. However, I get up too early. I wish I could sleep until 7:00Am. I am getting up 5:00Am, sometimes even earlier.
