How do you insert your data to the board? I looked for attachment button and couldn't find one and then I took a screen shot and tried to copy and paste it and can't do that either? Can someone please help me out so I can post my data?

Re: Has anyone had any success with the Quattro FX for Her?

Michelle, When I put on my Quattro (without a liner,) I always place the top on first with the mask pointing as far down and in as I can and then I bring the rest of the mask down over my face, at this point I turn on my machine hold the mask secure to my face and let it fill with air and attach the...

Re: Sleep disruption in kids mimics ADHD

I have three boys and all of them had symptoms of ADHD when they were little. Everyone of their teachers wanted them to get tested for ADHD and get on meds. My kids all have asthma as it's prevalent in our entire family and I always knew that it was their asthma that was causing their symptoms and n...

Best Bluetooth Pulse Oximeter for mac?

I"m looking for a pulse oximeter that has compatible software for my mac. I want to be able to periodically check my oxygen saturation. I have searched the board but can't find any posts that recommend one. Anyone know where to find one?

Thanks,
LIsa

Re: Nose Breathing: How to?

Hey thanks everyone! I think it's working?

I haven't had dry mouth since for a few nights now?

I'm guessing it's because my mouth is staying closed?

Keeping fingers and toes crossed.

They work for me. I bought one in 2005 and used it for a few years before it broke. I was able to get out of bed get a full time job and go to college. Before the lamp I was depressed all year long and couldn't really function, it was especially bad in the winter. I couldn't even go to the store and...

Re: OT?--A Thread About Nothing (or, Please Hijack This Thread)

Oh it's older than the 50's and even older than the 1800's But for New York it started in 1896 "New York City's theater world has always had a strong gay element, both on and off stage. Though the list of Broadway's (and Off-Broadway's) gay accomplishments and scandals is long, here are a few key hi...

Re: How many of you used to have eye migraines prior to xPAP?

I have had it for years too. Still have it with CPAP but I think it's from the computer screen???

Try blinking more often. That's the recommendation I got from my eye doctor.

If you really think you have SAD (seasonal Affective Disorder) Then you need a lamp that is 10,000 lux full spectrum. They are not all the same. Some just mimic sunlight to wake you up but don't provide the amount of lux that is required to treat SAD. I had one for years and it broke so I am replaci...

Re: Has anyone used this product?

Being that our bodies are so adaptive to overcoming illness and what not, wouldn't you think (if it was a real solution) that our tongues would naturally stick out of our mouths at night?? I do think the oral devices that push your jaw forward are more in line with what our mouths and jaws are obvio...

Re: Getting discouraged....can't get a mask that won't leak!!!

I make a mask liner that stops leaks at the nose and reduces them at the chin. I am working on the leaks at the chin and after the last two nights sleeping with the new design I think I got it perfect now? I have to have the masks in order to make the patterns and right now I only have the Mirage Qu...
