Re: BEWARE from BUYING at CPAP.COM

So I'm sorry I used you guys to stir up a ruckus. But it was necessary to get a "fair shake" in my case. I did call them twice with no resolution. I truly did not know this cite was affiliated with cpap.com...but the fact that your responses caused such an uproar actually helped me get the resoluti...

Re: BEWARE from BUYING at CPAP.COM

I just wanted to clear the air. I know a person on this forum who goes by "Palm" on another forum. This is the response I gave Palm to a PM when an inquiry was made as to why I was acting like such an a$$. Palm, I hope you do not mind my sharing my PM response: "Listen Palm, these people do not know...

Re: BEWARE from BUYING at CPAP.COM

Nope no apologies. You acted like a toddler with a tantrum, called all of us shills and sock puppets. It is time for YOU to apologize to us! HA HA...still can't admit when you are wrong...well...I'll be getting my money back and I got an apology from cpap.com Your apology isn't necessary...but look...

Re: BEWARE from BUYING at CPAP.COM

fishy, I reviewed your order and I agree with you. The original order contained the Swift FX mask with headgear which came with the free return insurance. This order was placed on hold waiting for the prescription. When you called in to update the order to the assembly kit - this is where the mista...

Oh, and I will post a picture of the invoice...if I can get someone on this forum who has the authority to get my refund to do something about it...otherwise I'm wasting my time.

Re: BEWARE from BUYING at CPAP.COM

Why do people post rude or smart ass replies to someone having trouble with a purchase? Can't we just ask for more detail and help get to the facts? A claim was made that they were sold product and given an invoice with a specific guarantee in writing on the invoice. Only three possibilities here: ...

Re: BEWARE from BUYING at CPAP.COM

Your responses are lovely and prove my point. Being owned by cpap.com anything you would say to put the company in a negative light would invalidate your reason for being (a forum for cpap.com). Note only SleepingUgly gave an honest and logical assessment without throwing insults or accusations at m...

OH WAIT!! I SEE WHAT IT IS!!! MY BAD!! cpaptalk.com is affiliated with cpap.com. HA HA ! I though cpaptalk.com was an independent user forum. of course the replies on here will be favorable to cpap.com and this will look to be all my fault. What was I thinking?! I'm complaining to the fanboys who ri...

Re: BEWARE from BUYING at CPAP.COM

Hmmm...My DME has always been great. They just didn't have the masks at the time and I didn't want to wait. I have a valid RX for my machine but cpap.com insisted I get an RX sent to them. My DR. works in 3 different locations, so it was a week before his office called me and they wanted to schedule...

BEWARE from BUYING at CPAP.COM

I just wanted to share an eye-opening experience with you regarding cpap.com. I went online to purchase a swift FX nasal pillow...my DME doesn't carry them yet. To purchase a full mask requires a prescription which my Dr. dragged at getting to me, but the woman at CPAP.com said I could purchase the ...

Drying out my hose

When I wash my hose, I hang it in the bathroom to let it dry, but there are still water beads in it. This seems like it could be a breeding ground for bacteria and all sorts of yuk. Is there a way to dry the hose...do they make a "snake" device to dry the hose? Does it Matter? BTW...I'm just past 2 ...

kidneys hurt in the morning

This started about the same time I started my cpcp. I wake up and my kidneys feel sore. After getting up and walking around, they are o.k.

Re: Can hear my Inhalation

nope not the tubing or the mask. In fact, if I just let the machine run with no tubing, there is a loud whooshing sound coming from the little air filter intake. I cleaned the filter - even removed it...it is loud. I think the machine has an issue.

Cosmo...you make me laugh!
I used to be like that when I was young. Now I'm almost 44 and have the body of an 80 year old.

Can hear my Inhalation

When I first got my cpcp machine, I was amazed at how quiet it is. The last 2 nights, I noticed I can hear my inhalations rather loudly (don't hear a sound when I exhale). Is something starting to go south with my machine?
