A doctor telling a patient with Chronic Hepatitis B that moderate alcohol consumption is ok makes as much sense to me as a doctor telling a patient they do not need to use Cpap every night. You could turn the pressure down so your AHI goes up to, say, 20. That should keep your stupid butt in bed a couple more hours per day.
