i have a soclean and i'm very happy with it. i still wash my tubes, nasal pillows, and tank with control III and water followed by a mild dish soap every few weeks.

I find them comfortable but have more leaks than with regular headgear.

also those graphs don't necessarily imply causation! there appears to be a correlation between the amount of melatonin and age but it's impossible to say from the graphs which causes which or if there is causation at all.

Melatonin has a bunch of other functions besides helping sleep, including a significant relation to the onset of puberty. my primary care doctor referred me to a sleep specialist (who also does pulmonary medicine). he ordered the sleep study and has been managing my apnea
