Last night seemed rough. I hate waking at 4:30 and having trouble going back to sleep.
I like to see over an hour of deep sleep. 47 minutes of REM is short of my goal of 60+ minutes. I'll see how my day goes. Working on tough project.

Re: Apple Watch - Sleep
I've been using CPAP for maybe 15 years. I use OSCAR and before that SleepyHead.chunkyfrog wrote: ↑Tue Feb 07, 2023 4:14 pmIs this while using cpap?
No therapy data is available from Apple.
Apple Watch is helping me understand how my daily activities help or hurt my sleep.

Apple Watch - Sleep
My results for 2/6/2023.
I do better the next day when I get an hour of REM and an hour of Deep. But seven hours total is also good, and I had a good, active day.

Re: What is ResMed AirView?
MyAir is mostly useless junk. You are wrong, Troll. It has made compliance reporting very easy for me and my DME. MyAir runs off of Bluetooth/proximity, not cellular tower. You are wrong again, Troll. Nobody likes a rude bastard. With such a comment, you are what? The height of classy sophisticatio...

You go right ahead.
I see you are a troll here. 1000 comments in 4 months, all of them useless or worse. Trying to whittle your life away with nonsense? You only have one life. You might want to think about how you are using it.

What a knob. You have the square foot of f&*k-all chance of getting any useful assistance here with that kind of cockwomble attitude, but I’m sure there are some lovely anger management forums out there. If you go off on an internet forum because of a post by an anonymous person, you need professio...

Re: What is ResMed AirView?
Machines with 4G modems: machine pushes data to ResMed mothership daily over cellular network. Detailed data goes to the central AirView database at Resmed and summary data goes to a separate MyAir database. Thank you. That says everything I need to know. This is for a friend with a new machine. Be...

You have provided no evidence that lanolin will not cause lipid pneumonia if abused.Dog Slobber wrote: ↑Wed Nov 30, 2022 4:09 pmthen reasonably interpret it and apply critical thinking.

Re: Irritated nostrils from extended CPAP usage
Lansinoh is a lanolin product and NOT a petroleum product. There's a difference. Lansinoh is used by breastfeeding moms on the nipple and babies inhale and suck....if it was prone to cause lipid pneumonia it wouldn't be safe for babies. Are you sure about that? Exogenous lipoid pneumonia is caused ...

Re: Irritated nostrils from extended CPAP usage
If the irritation is inside the nostrils consider using some Lanisoh creme to reduce the soreness. A little bit goes a long way. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FNZQHJA?ref=nb_sb_ss_w_as-reorder-t1_ypp_rep_k0_1_6&=&crid=3FR4TDTQF8B28&=&sprefix=lanish This is dangerous due to the risk of developi...
