Ive often considered that question too.....like the article says... anonymity and poor self control seem to be the top two culprits.

yes. Im only on day 30 so far and I use nasal pillows..my mouth does not open through the night but boy is it dry in the mornings!! I have the resmed s9 also, Im on this thread with you too hoping someone can help or suggest something.

I am a side sleeper and have a hard time at night getting comfy. I decided to invest in a Cpap pillow but there are so many on the market. Can anyone suggest one that they liked? Last night I had a pillow fight all night long trying to fold my pillow in half!!!! Thanks in advance.

another thing I did. it comes out the tube almost solid..if you put a little in the palm of your hand and rub it till it softens ( no time at all) then it goes on your face so much easier and yes..you only need the tiniest bit. Thanks pugsy for the great tip about this ointment.

ok just got hubby to reset my machine to starting at 6 ending at 9. Changed to a larger pillow size from XS to S got my Lanisnoh lotion to put on....am all set to try try again!! Got the Lanisnoh lanolin today in Walgreens yaaay..thank you so much for recommending it. Im going to try it tonight. I have switched from the XS swift fx nasal pillows to the size S to see if that helps, also hubby has reset my starting pressure from a 4 to a 6 with a max of 9 ( my cpap no is 7). I...
