Oxygen

So I just found out I need 2L oxygen at night. My 02 drops to 88%. Can I use something like this with the Aircurve bipap? https://www.amazon.com/Oxygen-Concentrator-Portable-Household-Equipment/dp/B0BBN92GL6/?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_w=WpjzX&content-id=amzn1.sym.bc5f3394-3b4c-4031-8ac0-18107ac75816&pf_r...

New BiPap Hello

I am so confused I need help. I have had a Phillips Respronics BiPap since 2012/2103. Today I got a new ResMed AirCurve 10 BiPap. The machine stops blowing air when I exhale. My old one never did that. Have I been using a BiPap that was setup wrong for 7 years?? Do your BiPaps stop blowing completel...

Re: Semi OT - Trying to Fix Fragmentation

I have the exact same sleep awakening pattern. Have you found any new information with your sleep experiments? Like what might help or what might cause it?

Re: Frequent Awakenings

OK. No problem. Didn't know if there might be anything worth making notes about (like if there were different experiences at various times). Thanks for your patience and participation in this experiment. Den . I have never wake up because the mask is off or the machine is blowing too hard or any is...

Re: Frequent Awakenings

Here is last night. Seems to be the same pattern of wake up times. How odd. Some similarities......some differences. When you wake up during the night, are there times when you feel better or worse than others? Or, can you tell? Do you happen to keep a pad and pen/pencil by your bedside to make not...

Re: Frequent Awakenings

Well, I don't know about the snoring. Honestly, I don't know how to interpret the snore chart. It could be the scale of the chart just makes it looks worse than it is. Is a snore of 45 really terrible? It does seem the snoring is related to deeper sleep judging by the flow chart. You might be able ...

Well, How do I fix the snoring?

I am not tired so I do watch movies or read on my iPad. ... As for the environment, I don't think there are any alarms or sounds or lights that bother me. . more and more research is showing that the bright blueish light shined right into your eyeballs from tablets and phones disrupts sleep. it's s...

Re: Frequent Awakenings

I go to bed between 1:00 and 2:00 am. I believe the clock on my machine is correct. I get in bed and I am not tired so I do watch movies or read on my iPad. When I start to get tired I put the iPad away and put on my mask. If I don't use my iPad for a bit my mind will race about things that need to ...

Re: Frequent Awakenings

What do you think about 13? I was going to try 13 tonight and see if it stops the snores. Too soon? Well, if you want to try it, go ahead. It's not like you haven't been at that and higher (changing) pressures before. Den . Well here is last night, and even though Pugsy said to turn off the AHI gra...

Re: Frequent Awakenings

You might do a forum search (above) on "Flonase" and do some reading. I just did one and found at least one post from someone who claimed it messed with his sleep. It was suggested that it be taken in the morning and not at night. Edit to add link: Read the whole thread. http://www.cpaptalk.com/vie...

Den

.
No. I use Simply Saline by Arm and Hammer. And I have Flonase from my doctor but I don't use it. Is there something special about Afrin?
