Also noted in my sleep study during titration, apnea events were worse in non supine, but in my pretitration study apnea events were worse , noted severe in supine position.

I'm still on hold for the second study, just waiting for insurance. I will call my DME for the pulse ox, however they are as useful as one armed paper hangers. I'm considering changing DMEs. Thanks for the help

I may try to contact Resmed and get an answer on that. What Im really interested to know is if this is the reason that I still have the low energy and still tired even after the therapy? Hopefully answers will come at the new study.
