Re: Here are my mom's ASV reports
The report seems to indicate that she has only been on the machine for a single day. If that is the case, I would recommend just focusing on getting used to wearing it to sleep.

Re: Who has felt absolutely fabulous after sleep Study titration
I felt great after my study as well. And I hated the wait to get my machine (all four days). Then I was disappointed that I didn't sleep like that at home. All in all, I think that part of the issue was that the room for my sleep study had a great mattress and was quite cool but with adequate covers...

Re: I am ashamed of my cpap?
I won't tell you that no guy might have a hang up over the thing. The truth is that there are many people who are hung up on all kinds of things. But I believe that if a guy can't get past the cpap machine then the long term relationship wouldn't work anyway. At some point such a guy is going to hav...

Now if you are at ...

Re: Allergy to CPAP machine
Perhaps try a mask that will have you breathe through your mouth? If you get the air, that is the important thing.

Re: Use fine filters!
Funny, I just picked up my machine today. Tonight will be my first night and I am really looking forward to it. But I have already been thinking of how to improve filtration. The first thing that entered my mind was if I could house the whole thing in a cabinet and filter the air entering the cabine...
