Thanks for the advice. I don't mind wearing it while watching t.v., but perhaps it hightens my anxiety when it blasts me while just watching t.v. I'll take your advice tonight and see...can't hurt. And YES, I have already screamed into the mask...thank goodness my wife is sleeping with my daughters ...
