Re: SleepyHead 0.9.8-1 Testing Builds
With the preferences set to backup SD card on import; where does the SD card backup go? Click on file - change user. Make a not of the "folder" on the bottom line. Start with that folder. Underneath that will be "Profiles." Under Profiles will be a directory with your profile/user name. Under profi...

Your doc probably has a limited supply of machines and masks. I'd be real surprised if the doc had hybrid masks available. Take what they give you (the best mask that fits, then buy what you want from cpap.com. And software is usually never included with machines you receive from a doc or dme. You w...

I've always used bottled Ozarka spring water in my humidifier. I've never used distilled water and I've not had any problem with buildup inside the chamber. The chamber on my original machine went 3.5 years with only about 3 cleanings. My new machine is only 5 months old and I haven't cleaned it yet...

I've been using mine since January of 2005 with a short stint (about 2 weeks) on a CL2. I've cleaned it probably twice in that time period. The headgear needs to be replaced as the lower strap has deteriorated next to the label and is about to break. The nasal interface is fine and does not appear t...

between encore pro and my encore, is there any way to know what times your apap hit specific pressures? That might give me a good indication of whether or not that is the problem. In Encore Pro, double click on the download for any given day. A report box will pop up on the screen. Select full deta...

My very first mask ever was the profile lite that I brought home from the sleep lab. I got an Activa from the DME (Apria) when I got my machine. I used the original profile lite mask for over 2 years until it disentegrated. The skin over the silicone had literally disentegrated and the silicone was ...

There are many things that could be causing you to wake up. (mouth breathing, restless legs syndrome, pressure too highor too low, mask leaks, caffene, etc.). You need to pay close attention when you wake up to any signs and symptoms that are ocurring. Make a note of what is going on at the time. Pr...

That is a common problem with the Activa and cflex. It is a result of the design of the Activa's active cell interface. However, it is that active cell interface that makes the Activa such a good mask for all sleeping positions and for people who move around a lot during sleep. I had to reduce the c...

I can sleep on my side or stomach with the Activa. It's an awesome mask. Ditto that! I have the same experience with the Activa. Its my favorite mask and pretty much all I have used for the last 2 years, except for a short stint trying the CL2. As for the redness and soreness at the top of the nose...
