I tried a cutout pillow, then tried a Sobakawa bead-filled pillow. Bought it at Bed,Bath,Beyond. It is formable to what is comfortable at the moment , and I'm very satisfied with it. I bought the smaller size since I don't have large shoulders, esp for a man. Suggest you give it a try... best of luck.
