Re: I'm a light sleeper and my boyfriend needs CPAP

i am guessing the percentage of our spouses who would rather sleep to the sound of our cpap machines instead of the sound of our snoring is somewhere in the approximate ballpark range of 100 percent exactly. you will be thrilled. in fact probably my main reason for continuing with cpap through the f...

Re: OT: Low Carb eating--What is there to eat?!

Get the whole milk yogurt if they have it. It will be lower carb and the fat satisfies your hunger and slows absorbtion, AND IT TASTES BETTER! The key to low carb is that fat isn't bad. In the absence of exess carbohydrates, fat doesn't make you fat. Why bother with hoping the grocery will stock wh...

Re: OT: Low Carb eating--What is there to eat?!

dont forget to EAT THE FAT.

the fat keeps you satisfied.

real fat is NOT BAD FOR YOU.

you will lose more eating a fat laiden rib eye than a skinless chicken breast....if you do it right.

fat is good.

dont believe the hype.

Re: OT: Paula Deen

Yup, people who do a "low fat, low carb diet" are the ones who give low carb a bad name. Why? There are only three types of food: 1. Carbs 2. Fat 3. Protein So if you're eating both low carb and low fat, there are only two things to do: 1. Reduce overall calories to starvation levels. This is MISER...

Re: OK......So......Here we go.....

If you have a chance to try a liberty or a hybrid it may work better for you. The sore nose goes away after a couple days. I have the same problem of anything on the bridge of my nose causing it to clog and the other design solved it for me.
