I have used the Activa Lt mask for almost 2 years and I love it. It's the first one that I tried and I have had such great results with it that I haven't tried any any nasal masks. If it's not broke, why fix it??? LOL

I debated with myself for quite awhile about the hose management and finally bought the HoseBuddy from cpap.com. You can easily turn from side to side or wherever and they is absolutely no problem. I'm so glad I finally decided to get one.
