I just got my ASV yesterday and used it first time last nite. I LOVE it. I loved the overnite trial at the sleep center trIal, but I wasn't sure how it would be at home. Well, it's just as wonderful. A sleep study is a great idea for what you've got going. The one thing I didn't read is that you are waking up out of breath or that your wife notices that you're not breathing at night. I've got central apnea and weight has absolutely nothing to do with centrals. If I had a doc like that, CSA would have already killed me.

You're on the right track, for most of us it does take a while...days, weeks, even months. One also must take charge of their therapy and continually work it. Keep up the good work and good luck!
