OSA & Frequent urination during the night

Re: Norco for DME
Is anyone using Norco for their DME or have you used them in the past? Looking for the good, the bad and the ugly about them. They are local to me and in talking to them, I felt comfortable with the answers to my questions, but am looking for real time experience. Thanks Yes, I have used Norco. I t...

Re: Insomnia: Melatonin + 5-HTP + Tryptophan
I am not sure about the interaction of the medications you are talking about, but the best way to find out would be talking to a pharmacist. YOu can stop by and call the wallgreens and cvs maybe? Are you doing anything else for your insomnia besides the medication? Do you engage to any kind of physi...

Exhaling with CPAP
For the last couple of nights, I have been having hard time breathing after I put my mask on. It feels like it is hard to exhale and then I feel like taking a couple of really big breaths and my chest hurt a little. I have been using CPAP for days and I am pretty new to everything. I was wondering i...

Your nose should not be sore from the Swift LT--that usually means it's too tight. Check out my fitting tips for the Swfit FX in my signature below--the same tips work for the LT as well. And try a little Lanisoh or KY jelly to soothe your nose. Some people use it on their nose with the mask to cut...
