You say you are using the ramp starting at 3. Many Many people have problems at 3 to 5 with feeling suffocated. Chang the ramp or get rid of the ramp and see the difference.

Everyone is started at 5 for the test. Your level could be anywhere. You should run the machine at 5 to 20 for at least the first night. The machine will only go as high as is needed to control apneas. After the first night you can check and see what the 95% pressure was and adjust accordingly.

Is your sleep fragmented. Are you getting plenty of deep sleep. It does make a difference what your pressures are with APAP. you should adjust the pressures for 2 up and 2 down from your 95% level. Everyone must remember that cpap treatment does not make you sleep well. It only allows you to sleep well. Other conditions must be treated as well.

Some people need more humidity not less for runny sinus. Each person is different. try all levels of humidity.

If not a cold , then Did anything cause a change in the humidity level in your sleeping room up down? This can be a culprit.

You may have them to tight. They should be loose to the touch. The pillows inflate to seal.Some where here, there is a video explaining them. I use the FX and love them.

It will not hurt anything to run the humidifier at 0. With enough room humidity you might want to leave the water tank empty with it set at 0.

you could have sinus drainage from humidity not set for your comfort.

Humidity levels make a huge difference to the sinus. To clear up drainage you have to find your correct level of humidity. Room ambient humidity makes a huge difference. Go up and down with the humidity level until you find the level your sinus needs.

You need to adjust the humidity. Some people need more some less. Need to adjust for your comfort level. Also ambient room humidity makes a huge difference.

Your mouth is open when you are asleep. Even with a full face mask, your mouth will dry out. Humidifier setting is dependent on the room humidity. Your sleep room is very dry.
