Re: SleepyHead: Updated Version 0.7-3070 Alpha

best to actually build wxWidgets from scratch rather than using the MacPorts versions. The build that you made available does start on my computer (with a couple of error messages about bitmaps, IIRC), so it does work. When you built wxWidgets from scratch, did it replace the older version that OS ...

Re: SleepyHead: Updated Version 0.7-3070 Alpha

The errors are your build environment. The easiest way to test your build environment would be a very small wxWidgets app. With these things it is always best to walk before you run. Be careful with some of the instructions as there are some conflicting and possibly erroneous details for any specifi...

Re: OT: Losing a pet

I was going to provide a link to the Rainbow Bridge but someone else beat me to it. It is one of those poems that can help in times such as this. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I was first domesticated by cats at a very early age, probably around the age of 5 or so. It seems that a common th...

Re: dozens of PAGES of my posts were deleted

Is there any way for the Administrator, or "trusted" original posters, to "UnDelete" or "UnSpam" messages that get deleted. I guess I am wondering if the message is actually deleted or only flagged as such (and then not displayed) in the database. I do feel if this happens to threads or posts that a...

Re: SleepyHead: Updated Version 0.7-2986 Alpha

I have been able to load PRS1 data into the app on the Mac using the application bundle I built. I have uploaded a zipped copy of the application to http://sourceforge.net/projects/sleepyhead/files/SleepyHead.app-IntelOSX-PreAlpha.zip/download if you want to try it. Please beware however that this h...

Re: Which Windows 7 to use with ResScan software on the mac.

I run Windows XP as a virtual machine on both Parallels and VMware Fusion on Snow Leopard 10.6.7 and have no issues with either system when running ResScan. I have tried versions 3.11 through 3.14. I have never seen the Mac try to reformat the SD card, but if you do open the contents using the Mac i...

Re: SleepyHead: Updated Version 0.7-2986 Alpha

here is a teaser - the application built and running on the Mac Any chance I could try starting your binary on my Mac, to see whether it runs with wxwidgets built and installed via MacPorts? I don't expect to do anything with it at this point. Just curious whether my use of MacPorts makes any diffe...

Re: BEST/Newest Machine to get

I have the ResMed S9 AutoSet and although don't have anything to compare it to I am very happy overall. I do not regret my choice whatsoever even though I had to fight very hard to get the machine I wanted and finally bypassed all the Ontario crap, but that is another matter. The machine is a quiet ...

Although there are some additional Mac related changes needed here is a teaser - the application built and running on the Mac, but with no data shown yet.

One step closer to a Mac solution. ResMed data to follow soon (now I'm on the hook for sure).

Re: SleepyHead: Free open-source software for the PR System One.

The current project does not contain the necessary support to fully provide a Mac ready application bundle. If you can be a bit more patient I worked on the build on the Mac tonight and have been able to successfully build the application on the Mac. There are some additional changes needed to be ab...

Re: Cost Differences?

I'm just wondering if anyone can shed light on the state of online purchasing regarding these machines. Most places I'm seeing for a fully loaded S9 Autoset with the humidifier and the climate line and everything (less mask) is in the 900-1300 range. The local company that administered my trial wan...

Re: To Increase Pressure or Not???

I found that along with the index numbers, keeping a log of how you felt upon waking and through the day helps to fine tune the pressure. For me I needed to increase the pressure but as the pressure increased I had to play with the exhaust relief as well, the two had a combined affect for me. I foun...

Re: Is downing the software legal?

Addressing this issue is part of the motivation in providing a "community owned" open source application for viewing data from multiple machines, a project which is coming together nicely with much of the framework in place.
