something else I tried and failed to mention, I took the lid off the Vicks jar, filled the lid up with the salve and shaped a dome..placed the lid in front of the filter and....NOTTA...didn't help at all, couldn't get the first whif of the salve....

Nasal Congestion during therapy

I've squirted, i've sprayed, nose strips, nostril expanders, Ayr gel, neti pot,turn up humidifier, turn down humidifier all this while in snowbird florida country, still have problems later in the night with nasal congestion..Has anyone tried essentail oil around the filter area with a sterile menth...

I to suffer with dry nasal passages at 10cm....the humidifier makes it worst...so in the summer time i turn my home ac down a couple off degrees for overnite and in cool weather i put my heat on 69 degrees.....I breath just fine with the cooler temps....and I get a good nites sleep...

The Chiller Thriller nite #2

the second trial went very well, had good nite sleep, no cold nose, tonite I will do 3 ice paks....the cost on this thing is very low, almost new cooler at thrift store $5.35, copper coupling from my plumbing box, inside chiller box seals from plastic lids, I cut the end off of one of my med bottles...

no i've never seen a jockey box before, looks expensive and big......i think this little 6pk chiller will do the trip tonite, if not, back to the scrap yard---tks--FA

This is my first try at this....I have to tweak it more by adding the humidifier back in the circuit so as to get cool damp air, after two hrs last nite I had to take the chiller off line and put humidifier back on....the ice paks worked well...tonite is another nite---I shall persevere---TKS-FA

I am going to make up some "Chiller Paks".....a combination of alcohol and water and place them over the coiled tubing in my 6pk cooler.....I havn't found a "flat Top" yet, until then I'll use one of my battery carriers....once i have this in place I'll remove the humidifier and set my cpap on top o...
