I just have to say I am SO thankful that I switched over to Auto on my BiPap machine. (And that I have my sleep doc's blessing to do so!) I switched to auto in December, after increasing my IPAP and EPAP a couple times. I had gotten up to 16.5 IPAP and 13.0 EPAP and was still not getting my AHI cons...

I'm amazed to be reading on this thread that some people can get away with sleeping on their side and/or can have significant head movements at night without encountering really significant leak problems.
