Those spots could be from hard water.

Re: fighting to stay awake
I find that a little cardio exercise tends to shake off that sleepiness. Get the blood pumping and oxygen flowing...

Re: for all people who are still tired despite using CPAP, poll
Wow! A flame war about sleep apnea!? FWIW, I can relate to catnapper's experience. I was also a mouth breather (asthma, allergies, severe apnea and slightly deviated septum.) I use the Swift FX nasal pillows and find my mouth seems to automatically seal shut allowing unhindered breathing through the...

Re: S9 Elite--Any way To Check AHIs?
PetrusKy: Yeah, I have the software--just haven't fired it up yet. Honestly, I'm not sure what to think of the .6 reading. I have severe apnea (66 AHI) per my sleep studies so it's hard for me to believe that it would drop so drastically after just a few nights. I've taken to the CPAP quite easily a...

Re: S9 Elite--Any way To Check AHIs?
OK, thanks to Roman's help I have changed the setting on my machine to record sleep quality. This morning my reading was .6 for AHIs. Help me interpret this. Is that an average per hour?
Thanks.
Thanks.

S9 Elite--Any way To Check AHIs?
Hi all, new user here. Just finished my second night with the CPAP. So far, so good. Feeling more rested and snoring has stopped to my wife's joy.
Is there a way to check AHIs on the ResMed S9 Elite itself? I am curious to see how many events I am having to compare with my sleep studies.
TIA.

Re: SWIFT FX - Comfort suggestions?
I'm a really new user and can't add much, but I have found like others said that the mask shouldn't be too tight. If it feels just a little loose, then it is good for me. I also like the idea of fitting the mask while the pressure is highest ,and I will remember it tonight.

Re: ResScan 3.10 -> 3.11
Hi, new s9 Elite user here. Just started last night. Severe apnea (AHI 66). Would love to have the software to read my card. Any help?
